How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item to us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier’s location.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:
